Our founder, a single mom in her 30s, started SheAgain after standing in front of a mirror one night — exhausted, stretched thin, and barely recognizing herself. Her body had changed. Her priorities had changed. Her life had changed. But somewhere in that transition, she realized something powerful: She didn’t need to go back to who she was. She just needed to feel like herself again.
That’s how SheAgain was born.
