Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.

Estimated delivery time:

7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.


Shipping Fees

We offer:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SheAgain is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, SheAgain is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
